Prerequisites

Before setting up Follow Up Boss integration, you'll need:

  1. Follow Up Boss Account: Active FUB subscription (any plan)
  2. Widget Tracker: Access to FUB Widget Tracker settings
  3. Pixel ID: Your unique FUB Pixel ID (format: WT-XXXXXXX)
  4. Admin Access: Permission to access integration settings in FUB

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Get Your FUB Pixel ID

The Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker generates a tracking code that contains your Pixel ID.

How to Find Your Pixel ID:

  1. Log in to Follow Up Boss: Visit app.followupboss.com
  2. Open Settings: Click your profile icon → Settings
  3. Navigate to Integrations: Click Integrations in the left sidebar
  4. Find Widget Tracker: Scroll to "Widget Tracker" and click to expand
  5. View Tracking Code: You'll see a code block that looks like this:

Extract the Pixel ID:

Look at the script src URL. The Pixel ID is the part after widget.followupboss.com/ and before .js.

In the example above: WT-2DVYDSG

Your Pixel ID Format: WT- followed by 7-10 alphanumeric characters


Step 2: Add to Panda IDX

  1. Open Integrations: Navigate to Integrations in your Panda IDX dashboard
  2. Find Follow Up Boss: Locate the Follow Up Boss integration card
  3. Click Configure: Click on the card to open settings
  4. Paste Pixel ID: Enter your Pixel ID in the "Pixel ID" field
  5. Save Changes: Click "Save" to activate the integration

Step 3: Verify Installation

After saving, verify that FUB Pixel is tracking properly:

  1. Visit Your Website: Open your Panda IDX website in a new browser tab
  2. Submit a Test Lead: Fill out a contact form on your site
  3. Check Follow Up Boss: Go to People in your FUB dashboard
  4. Find Test Lead: Look for the test contact you just created
  5. Verify Tracking: Confirm the lead shows website activity in the timeline

Test Property Tracking:

  1. Browse several property listings on your website
  2. Save or favorite a property
  3. Return to Follow Up Boss

Configuration Options

Pixel ID (Required)

Format: WT-XXXXXXX (e.g., WT-2DVYDSG)

What It Does: Enables Follow Up Boss pixel tracking on all pages of your website. Tracks page views, property views, saved properties, and lead submissions. Automatically creates or updates contacts in Follow Up Boss.

How to Find It:

  • Follow Up Boss → Settings → Integrations → Widget Tracker
  • Extract the ID from the tracking code URL
  • Example: From https://widget.followupboss.com/WT-2DVYDSG.js, use WT-2DVYDSG

Common Mistake: Don't include .js extension or the full URL - just the WT-XXXXXXX ID!
