Configure your Panda IDX account settings including profile information, password security, email preferences, notification settings, and general account options. Complete account management guide.

Overview

Account Settings control your personal profile, security, notifications, and system preferences.


Profile Information

Update:

  • Name and title
  • Email address
  • Phone numbers
  • Photo/avatar
  • Bio and credentials
  • License number

Access: Settings → Profile


Password & Security

Change Password:

  1. Settings → Security
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password (8+ chars)
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Save

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  • Enable for extra security
  • Use authenticator app
  • Backup codes provided

Active Sessions:

  • View all logged-in devices
  • Revoke access remotely

Email Preferences

Notification Types:

  • New lead alerts
  • Pipeline updates
  • Transaction milestones
  • Team mentions
  • System updates

Frequency:

  • Instant (as they happen)
  • Daily digest (morning summary)
  • Weekly summary
  • Off (no emails)

Timezone & Locale

Set Your Timezone:

  • All times display in your timezone
  • Affects email send scheduling
  • Calendar events

Language: English (more coming soon) Date Format: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY Currency: $, €, £, etc.
