Account Settings control your personal profile, security, notifications, and system preferences.
Profile Information
Update:
- Name and title
- Email address
- Phone numbers
- Photo/avatar
- Bio and credentials
- License number
Access: Settings → Profile
Password & Security
Change Password:
- Settings → Security
- Enter current password
- Enter new password (8+ chars)
- Confirm new password
- Save
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- Enable for extra security
- Use authenticator app
- Backup codes provided
Active Sessions:
- View all logged-in devices
- Revoke access remotely
Email Preferences
Notification Types:
- New lead alerts

Frequency:
- Instant (as they happen)
- Daily digest (morning summary)

Timezone & Locale
Set Your Timezone:
- All times display in your timezone
- Affects email send scheduling
- Calendar events
