Best Practices
Focus on Conversion: A thousand visitors with no leads is worse than 100 visitors with 5 leads. Track lead capture sources and optimize conversion.
Start Simple: Begin with 3-5 core events (MLS Listings, New Developments, Property Search). Add more as you understand patterns.
Act on Data: Double down on what works - increase marketing on highest-converting traffic sources and create more content similar to popular pages.
Regular Monitoring: Check daily for new leads, review weekly for trends, and analyze monthly for strategy adjustments.

Troubleshooting
Events not appearing in dashboard?
- Ensure event is toggled ON in Events Tracking settings
- Wait 5-10 minutes for data to populate
- Verify visitors are actually triggering the event
Too much event data?
- Disable less important events
- Focus on conversion actions only
- Use date filters to narrow results
High traffic but low lead capture rate?
- Add more calls-to-action on popular pages
- Optimize forms (reduce fields to name, email, phone only)
- Ensure property inquiry buttons are visible
- Test mobile experience (60-70% of traffic)
