Creating Custom Pipelines
Navigate to Pipelines Settings
Settings → Pipelines → Create Pipeline
Name Your Pipeline
- Clear, descriptive name
- Examples: "Commercial", "Property Management", "Investor Leads"
Add Stages
- Click Add Stage
- Name stage (e.g., "Initial Consultation")
- Set win probability (%)
- Choose stage color
- Repeat for each stage
Set Stage Order
- Drag stages to reorder
- Left to right = early to late stage
- Must include "Closed Won" and "Closed Lost"
Configure Automation (Optional)
- Auto-create tasks on stage entry
- Send email when stage changes
- Notify team member
Save Pipeline
- Click Save
- Pipeline available immediately
- Add contacts to start using
